Casa Aficionado is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Lounge Associate to join our team. This role is centered around creating an exceptional experience for every guest while helping maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere Casa Aficionado is known for.
The ideal candidate will assist customers, help keep the lounge and humidor clean, organized, and fully stocked, and contribute to a positive and inviting environment for our members and guests. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, values customer service, and is interested in learning more about the premium cigar world.
As part of the Casa Aficionado team, you will gain hands-on knowledge of cigars, lounge culture, and customer engagement while enjoying employee perks such as discounts, a 24-hour membership, and a personal locker.
Duties
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner
- Provide excellent customer service and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Restock cigars, accessories, beverages, and other retail/lounge items as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the lounge, humidor, and retail areas
- Support day-to-day lounge operations and ensure Casa Aficionado remains in top shape
- Help create a positive environment that reflects the high level of hospitality Casa Aficionado is known for
- Build strong relationships with members and guests to make them feel comfortable and valued
- Learn about cigars, cigar brands, accessories, and lounge offerings in order to better assist customers
- Assist with general store and lounge upkeep, including straightening displays and monitoring inventory levels

Pay: $11.50 - $14.00 per hour
