All Nation Restoration is a property restoration company serving Austin, specializing in water damage, mold remediation, and fire/smoke restoration. We help homeowners and businesses recover after disaster strikes, and we're looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join our field crews.
Position Summary
We're hiring General Labor Technicians to support our restoration crews on water damage, mold remediation, and fire/smoke restoration jobs. This is an entry-level, hands-on role — no prior restoration experience required. We provide paid training and certification opportunities for the right candidates who want to grow into a skilled trade.
What You'll Do
- Assist lead technicians with water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification setup
- Remove and dispose of damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, debris)
- Perform demolition and content manipulation (moving furniture and belongings during mitigation work)
- Set up and break down equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, containment barriers)
- Assist with mold remediation containment and cleaning procedures
- Support fire/smoke damage cleanup, including soot removal and odor control prep
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the project
- Load/unload trucks and maintain equipment and tools
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements on every job
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers on-site
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50+ lbs, standing, bending, climbing ladders, working in tight or uncomfortable spaces)
- Willingness to work in varying conditions (heat, cold, wet environments, and areas affected by fire or mold damage)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call emergency response shifts
- Prior experience in construction, demolition, moving, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive work is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
