Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Yard Laborer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations by handling materials, operating equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in our outdoor yard. Duties
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, and pallet jacks
- Assist with order picking to ensure accurate shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized yard by sorting materials, stacking pallets, and managing inventory locations
- Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments according to company procedures
- Conduct safety inspections of equipment and yard areas in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse and yard supervisors on materials handling tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Assist with maintenance tasks as needed in the outdoor yard environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, or construction environments preferred
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
