HERE WE GROW AGAIN!! We are seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC Installers to join our production team. The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong mechanical background and experience in installing, maintaining, and servicing heating and air conditioning systems. This role requires proficiency in various HVAC systems as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure proper functionality of systems.
- Build and assemble HVAC units according to specifications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with other service technicians to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance services performed.
- Follow all safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Installer.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb various HVAC systems effectively.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
