Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Safely transfer and reposition residents
Answer call lights promptly and provide exceptional resident care
Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation
Promote each resident's dignity, independence, and quality of life
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Dependable with a positive, resident-first attitude
Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
