Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Use knife skills and slicing techniques efficiently to prepare ingredients for cooking and plating
- Support food service operations by ensuring timely meal preparation and delivery during busy hours
- Follow safety standards in production to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Proven kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, with strong culinary skills
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
- Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations
- Excellent knife skills, slicing techniques, and understanding of safety standards in food production

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
