Hope Kitchen Cabinets & Stone Supply is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing cabinetry and stone business.
This is a broad role working closely with our Factory Manager across warehouse operations, quality control, deliveries, fleet maintenance, inventory, and general operations.
No two days will look exactly the same. We’re looking for someone who notices what needs to get done, takes initiative, follows through, and is equally comfortable working on the warehouse floor, communicating with drivers and installers, handling administrative tasks on a computer, and occasionally lifting products or materials as needed.
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily warehouse and operational workflow
- Perform quality control checks on cabinetry and outgoing orders
- Help ensure orders are picked, assembled, staged, labeled, and ready for delivery
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff on daily deliveries
- Help organize delivery schedules and routes
- Track company truck maintenance, inspections, registrations, repairs, and service appointments
- Help ensure trucks and equipment are maintained and ready for use
- Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect products and coordinate resolutions
- Assist with inventory organization and product movement throughout the warehouse
- Occasionally lift and move products or materials as needed
- Communicate with our sales, customer service, warehouse, and management teams
- Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers as needed
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient facility
- Follow up on open operational issues to make sure they are completed
- Assist the Factory Manager with day-to-day operational needs
- Take on additional responsibilities as the role grows
What We're Looking For
We're less concerned with having the perfect title on your previous resume and more interested in finding someone who is reliable, organized, proactive, and able to get things done.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, distribution, construction, building materials, cabinetry, manufacturing, or a similar environment
- Is extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Takes initiative without needing to be constantly directed
- Is comfortable communicating with different personalities
- Can manage multiple priorities and follow through
- Is comfortable working both hands-on and at a computer
- Is able to lift occasionally and assist with moving products or materials as needed
- Has strong problem-solving skills
- Is comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Can identify an issue and work toward a solution
- Works well in a fast-paced, growing business
Experience coordinating deliveries, working with commercial vehicles/fleet maintenance, or performing product quality control is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
