Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing & Production Data Entry Specialist to join our team at an Adult Material Company (DVD Factory Inc). In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining manufacturing and production data thru the SAP SYSTEM (Knowledge of SAP IS REQUIRED. Your meticulous approach will ensure seamless data flow, support operational efficiency, and uphold the integrity of our production records. Duties
- Enter manufacturing and production data into company databases (SAP) and ERP systems with speed and accuracy
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all production records and documentation
- Verify data entries through cross-referencing with source documents to ensure correctness
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports for management review
- Support order entry processes by accurately recording product specifications, quantities, and delivery details
- Assist in data collection efforts related to production metrics, quality control, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with production teams to update status reports and track progress on manufacturing orders
- Use office skills such as filing, organizing records, and managing administrative tasks to support overall workflowExperience
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Proficiency in using databases, (SAP KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED)
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience with data entry and transcription essential
- Familiarity with basic math operations for data validation purposes
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience working with SAP Software is Required
