Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and drinks promptly with enthusiasm.
- Mix and serve beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the shift, including bar areas, tables, and service stations.
- Use Toast systems efficiently to process orders, payments, and handle cash or card transactions securely.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Follow food safety management practices diligently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas at the start and end of each shift, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is strongly preferred; a passion for hospitality is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Toast systems or willingness to learn new technology quickly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are vital for success in this role.
