Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including providing skilled in-home nursing care for medically fragile kids . This role involves providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric patients
- Perform assessments, monitor patient conditions, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate and support families in managing their child’s health needs at home.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in the state of GA.(Required)
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to patient-centered care.
- CPR/BLS certification (required).
- Driver's License (Required)
