Position Summary
Brothers Keeper Logistics is seeking dependable Appliance Installers to work alongside our delivery drivers, providing professional white-glove appliance delivery, installation, haul-away services, and outstanding customer care.
Appliance Installers are responsible for ensuring appliances are installed safely, customers' homes are protected, and every delivery meets Brothers Keeper Logistics' standards for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading appliances.
- Install refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, electric ranges, and other household appliances according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform haul-away services for replaced appliances.
- Protect customers' floors, walls, doors, and furniture using approved white-glove techniques.
- Use dollies, lifting straps, and moving equipment safely.
- Verify appliances are level, connected, and operating correctly when installation is included.
- Complete required delivery documentation and customer signatures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready truck.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and the delivery driver.
- Follow all company safety and operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 75 lbs independently and 150 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous appliance installation experience is preferred but not required.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use basic hand tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
