GutterMaxx is looking for a confident, coachable sales closer to run pre-set, company-generated in-home appointments.
You will be paid during our training program from a World Class Training Program
This is not a cold-calling role. You will meet with homeowners who have already requested information, run a professional in-home presentation, explain our gutter protection system, and help customers make a confident same-day decision.

What You’ll Do
- Attend pre-scheduled in-home appointments
- Travel to homeowner properties within the assigned market
- Present the GutterMaxx system professionally
- Educate homeowners on product features, benefits, warranty, and financing options
- Follow our structured 10-step sales process
- Measure basic job details using provided tools
- Close sales and submit completed agreements
- Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and respect
What We’re Looking For

- Prior in-home sales, outside sales, or one-call close experience preferred, but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 2 hours for appointments when needed
- Ability to lift and carry sample materials
- Ability to use a tape measure
- Comfortable using an iPad, tablet, smartphone, or laptop
- Access to a phone or computer with camera capability for remote training and coaching
Training & Support
- Paid 2-week intensive training program
- Field training and ride-along experience
- Ongoing sales meetings, coaching, and support
- Clear process designed to help new closers ramp up quickly
Compensation
This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential.
- Estimated annual earnings: $100,000–$300,000+
- Earnings vary based on individual performance, appointment volume, close rate, and completed sales
- Weekly commission pay
