We are driven by integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Yard Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in keeping equipment and yard operations running smoothly.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Wash, clean, and prepare rental equipment for customer use
- Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment safely
- Organize and maintain yard, wash bay, and equipment areas
- Perform basic visual inspections and report damage or maintenance needs
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times
- Work collaboratively with drivers, technicians, and other team members
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
Additional Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record & pass an MVR
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug test

Physical Requirements
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, working outdoors in the environment can be exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud. Lifting over 50lbs is a job requirement must not have any lifting restrictions and must not be afraid of heights. Must have the ability to sit, stand, lay on ground, bend over, and move intermittently
