About Truvision Solutions
Truvision Solutions is an established real estate and commercial media company specializing in professional photography and visual marketing services for real estate professionals, builders, property managers, apartment communities, hotels, and commercial businesses.
As we expand our services into the Dallas–Fort Worth market, we are looking for dependable, professional, and motivated photographers to join our network as Independent Contractors (1099).
About the Role
As a Real Estate & Commercial Photographer, you will travel to scheduled properties throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas to capture professional photography and other real estate media services for our clients.
Assignments may include:
- Residential homes
- Luxury properties
- New construction
- Apartment communities
- Commercial properties
- Hotels and hospitality properties
- Offices and retail businesses
- Other real estate and commercial projects
This is an independent contractor position and not a traditional employee role. Work is assigned on a project-by-project basis depending on client demand, photographer availability, location, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Photograph residential and commercial properties
- Capture high-quality interior and exterior images
- Follow Truvision Solutions' photography and quality standards
- Arrive at scheduled appointments on time and reasonably and professionally dressed
- Communicate professionally with Realtors, homeowners, builders, property managers, and commercial clients
- Upload completed media promptly following each assignment
- Maintain reliable communication regarding scheduling and availability
- Represent yourself professionally while working with Truvision Solutions clients
Depending on experience and equipment, contractors may also have opportunities to provide:
- Drone/Aerial Photography
- Walkthrough Videos
- Real Estate Video
- 3D Virtual Tours
- Floor Plans
- Commercial Photography
- Additional Real Estate Media Services
What We're Looking For
We are looking for photographers who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional with clients
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to manage multiple appointments
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areaa
- Interested in building a long-term working relationship as our Dallas market grows
Real estate photography experience is preferred, but we are open to talented photographers who are willing to learn our shooting standards and workflow.
Equipment
Applicants should preferably have access to:
- Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera
- Wide-angle lens suitable for real estate photography
- Tripod
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Smartphone
- Reliable transportation
Having your own drone and FAA Part 107 certification is a plus but is not required for all assignments.
Experience with 3D tour equipment, gimbals, video, or other real estate media equipment is also a plus.
Independent Contractor Relationship
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
Contractors are not employees of Truvision Solutions. Contractors generally use their own equipment and transportation and are responsible for their own applicable business expenses, insurance, and taxes.
Contractors may accept assignments based on their availability and the needs of the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
This opportunity may be a good fit for photographers who already operate their own photography business, freelance photographers, or experienced real estate photographers looking to add additional project opportunities to their schedule.
Compensation
Compensation is paid per completed property/project, with additional compensation available for qualifying add-on services such as drone photography, video, 3D tours, and other media services.
Specific rates and service expectations will be discussed during the interview process and may vary based on the type and scope of the assignment.
Service Area
Photographers may receive assignments throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including areas such as:
Dallas Fort Worth Plano Frisco McKinney Allen Richardson Carrollton Addison Irving Grapevine Arlington and surrounding communities.
We will make reasonable efforts to assign projects based on photographer availability and geographic coverage.
