Step into an active, open kitchen where nothing is frozen and you do not stand in one spot all day. You will learn every station, from taking orders at the front register to cooking burgers on the grill. We communicate loudly across the line to keep orders moving during busy lunch and dinner rushes. You do not need previous restaurant experience to start.
Requirements to Apply
- Required:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation to the Plaza Drive location to ensure consistent, on-time arrivals
- Ability to maintain high energy and physical stamina during active shifts
- Comfort working in a loud, vocal, fast-paced team environment
- Preferred:
- Access to a vehicle to pick up shifts at other locations (earns higher multi-store pay)
Your Shift Tasks
- Rotate through multiple stations daily, including the cash register, grill, morning prep, and evening close.
- Communicate vocally and clearly with your team to ensure order accuracy and speed of service.
- Prep fresh ingredients daily, including washing local potatoes and hand-forming burger patties.
- Cook food to order as a grill operator or fry station attendant.
- Clean the prep areas, lobby, counters, and restrooms to maintain strict sanitation standards.
- Learn and strictly follow brand guidelines for food safety and operational procedures.
Pay & Total Rewards
- Guaranteed hourly base pay (exact rate provided at interview)
- Up to $50.00/week in shared tips
- Up to $50.00/week in promotion bonuses
