A prominent full-service law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with at least three years of experience to join its Atlanta office.
The associate will work within a sophisticated labor and employment practice and will manage litigation matters from initial investigation through pre-trial and trial. Responsibilities will include managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, advising clients and contributing to case strategy.
Candidates must hold a JD, be active members of the Georgia Bar and have three or more years of labor and employment experience. Strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, clear communication and demonstrated pre-trial and trial capability are required.
