Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in detailed reports.
- Must not leave your post until your replacement has arrived.
Experience
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
