Kitchen & Closet Design is a high-end showroom that sells 100% Made in Italy furniture (kitchens, baths, closets and interior doors).
We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Associate & Designer for our showroom in Doral, FL.
Job Duties include:
- Welcome and attend all walk-in and visiting clients.
- Determine client needs.
- Follow up with leads weekly.
- Prepare a hand-drawn or computer 3D model design based on Client’s needs.
- Develop the project by creating drawings, 3D models and elevations in the Company software.
- Ensure any customization requests are possible.
- Quote the project using the company software and pricelist and provide estimate to customer.
- Create a presentation and finalize Proposal package for client.
- Explain the entire process to the client all the way through to installation.
- Collect all payments required as per company's policies.
- Send project's final drawings and elevations to the drafting department to prepare final drawings for production.
- Ensure customers understand the process and approve final drawings for fabrication.
- Prior industry experience is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
