Industrial Solutions & Machine Monitoring
Project Context
IT/OT project within an aeronautics industrial environment, focused on:
Analysis of the existing industrial landscape (processes, systems, machines)
Digitalization and monitoring of industrial equipment
Implementation or upgrade of industrial IT solutions (MES, monitoring, maintenance)
Strong interface between IT, production, automation, and business teams
Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Scoping:
Analyze the current industrial environment, including:
o Machine park and production lines
o Existing systems (MES, SCADA, CMMS, ERP, sensors)
o Machine data flows and availability
Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Contribute to defining the target IT/OT architecture
Project Management:
Coordinate:
o IT teams
o Industrial / production teams
o Solution vendors and system integrators
Monitor deliverables and ensure quality and timelines
Industrial Solutions & Machine Monitoring
Lead the implementation of solutions related to:
o Machine performance monitoring (OEE, KPIs)
o Industrial data collection
o Supervision and maintenance support
Ensure data reliability, consistency, and traceability
Ensure compliance with industrial and aeronautical standards
Governance & Communication:
Run project committees and stakeholder meetings
Provide clear and structured client reporting
Manage dependencies, risks, and decision-making
Act as a bridge between IT and shop-floor teams
Required Profile:
Experience:
Proven background in:
o MES / Industry 4.0 projects
o Industrial digitalization initiatives
o Machine monitoring or supervision projects
Experience in aeronautics or heavy industry is a strong advantage
Technical Understanding (non-developer role)
Strong understanding of IT/OT environments
Exposure to MES, SCADA, CMMS, industrial ERP
Knowledge of machine data acquisition concepts (sensors, OPC-UA at least at a conceptual level)
Project tools: Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.
Key Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, especially with operational teams
Ability to interface between IT and industrial stakeholders
Analytical mindset and structured approach
Autonomous, proactive, and client-oriented attitude
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31.44/hour - $49.12/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
