Professional Roofing Solutions & Construction LLC is looking for a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
We are a growing roofing and exterior restoration company that works with homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, storm restoration, and insurance-related projects. We are looking for someone who is organized, friendly, professional, and great on the phone.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will help support our customers and internal team by handling communication, scheduling, notes, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Make outbound customer calls when needed.
- Answer scheduled evening/night and after-hours phone calls from homeowners.
- Respond professionally to homeowners who call in the evening with questions, concerns, or urgent issues.
- Document all customer calls clearly in the company system/CRM.
- Schedule appointments, inspections, follow-ups, and other customer-related calls.
- Communicate updates to homeowners throughout the process.
- Enter and update customer information in the company system.
- Add detailed notes after every customer interaction.
- Help follow up on missing paperwork, signatures, checks, photos, or required documents.
- Assist the sales team, production team, and office staff with customer communication.
- Help direct customer questions to the correct department.
- Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Escalate emergency or time-sensitive issues to the proper manager when needed.
- Keep track of assigned tasks and make sure follow-ups are completed.
- Help maintain a positive and organized customer experience.
- Support daily office operations as needed.
Qualifications

Preferred Experience

- Roofing, construction, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
