Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborer/Technicians to join our team. This position involves a variety of outdoor tasks focused on landscape maintenance, installation, and general property care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing and weed whacking
- Perform routine property maintenance such as weeding, edging, and cleanups
- Install mulch, topsoil, plants and other landscape materials
- Operate basic landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Follow job site instructions and safety guidelines
- Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
- Support shop operations, including organizing materials, shop and maintaining a clean workspace
- Help with equipment upkeep (cleaning, basic maintenance, reporting issues)
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license
