Represents La Hacienda's philosophy and criteria of excellent treatment to all segments of the public and marketplace. Must live in the Houston area. Utilizes discretion when choosing contacts to visit, the number of visits and length of visits with a focus on establishing new opportunities and contacts. Utilizes creative discretion in developing presentation with referral sources. Develops pre-post-reports and strategic plans to create new opportunities and follow up. Submits quarterly marketing plans and presentations as required/requested. Provides input into the creation/development of core messages. Organizes events by selecting venue, managing expenses, selecting list of invitees, coordinating presenters and presentation content, overseeing set-up and provides on-site supervision on day of presentation.

Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Prior marketing, business development or public relations experience preferred.

A proven ability to develop professional relationships is preferred.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have excellent organizational skills. Requires self-directed individual with solid social skills, commitment to customer service, ability to use discretion, and good decision making abilities.
- Must be able to create and compose quality marketing materials, create and deliver effective marketing presentations, prepare marketing plans, accurately enter referral and contact information in marketing database and submit all requested/required reports timely.
