Position Details:
- Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Compensation:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Behavior Technician (BT): $18–$20/hour
- BTs are eligible for a pay increase upon successful completion of RBT certification.
- 401k Contribution
- Additional Monthly Profit Sharing
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during therapy sessions.
- Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
- Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, fellow team members, and families.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations and all applicable privacy policies.
- Follow all clinic policies, ethical guidelines, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
For Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):
- Active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Experience providing ABA therapy is preferred.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and independence.
- Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
For Behavior Technicians (BTs):
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College coursework or degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within the required timeframe (training and support provided).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
