Bridge Repair/Construction Superintendent
Responsibilities:
> Oversee all aspects of bridge construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
> Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to execute construction plans efficiently.
> Manage on-site personnel, including foremen and laborers.
> Monitor progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments as needed.
> Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
> Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
> Collaborate with stakeholders to address any challenges or changes during construction.
Qualifications:
> Minimum of 5 years of experience in structures/bridge construction field management.
> Strong knowledge of bridge construction techniques, materials, and industry standards.
> Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral).
> Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions effectively.
> Proficiency in project management software and tools.
> Relevant certifications or licenses (if applicable).

What are the requirements?
For this position at T&T, the applicant should be able to safely move about a jobsite, have experience in managing construction projects, actively participate in laying out the work helping crew members understand their tasks, be able to read blueprints and project specifications, and have prior experience with managing construction employees.
