THIS POSITION IS ONLY FOR NIGHTS (as early as 1130am and as late as 10pm) AND EVERY OTHER SATURDAY (930am-3pm usually). IT IS FULL TIME, paid weekly W2, with benefits. Day schedule and remote are NOT options at this time. Regular Overtime is available.
We are an established Fort Lauderdale marketing company looking for a junior Tech Support Specialist to assist in responding to basic tech support requests and assist with basic data analysis. This would be a full time ON SITE position in our Fort Lauderdale, FL facility. We are NOT accepting remote position inquiries at this time.

Responsibilities
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair/replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Assist in managing dialer functionality
Requirements
- Some experience as IT Technician or relevant position
- Good understanding of basic computer systems and networks
- Ability to document issues using a ticketing system
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable, detail oriented, with a great attitude is a must
