- Calling to verify claims and collect medical debt
- Gather files together to send out to clients regarding final bills
- Answer questions to clients regarding bills with excellent customer service
- Fill in log information about patients' records and billing
- Ability to multi-task and take direction
- Ability to meet goals and quota as set by your supervisor
Must have good customer service, good written and verbal communication skills, and a positive attitude.
*Looking to fill our 9:00am - 6:00pm shift Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.*
