Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Adapt Inc Home Care Agency. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their overall well-being. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or mental status to the supervising nurse.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs to ensure safe movement within their homes.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Ability to work compassionately with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
