Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Leasing Manager fluent in Spanish to lead our property leasing operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties
- Manage all aspects of lease or rental agreement processes, including application screening, lease negotiations, and contract signing, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Utilize property management tools such as Yardi to maintain accurate data entry, leasing records, and client information.
- Oversee lease renewals, rent collections, and delinquency follow-ups while maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address property upkeep issues and ensure facilities meet safety standards.
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and upselling available amenities or services to maximize occupancy.
- Collaborate with team members on budgeting efforts, occupancy goals, and strategic marketing initiatives to attract new residents.
- Stay informed about landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant legal requirements to ensure full compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or leasing roles within a property management company environment.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Strong knowledge of property management software such as Yardi,
- Demonstrated expertise in lease or rental agreement management, contracts negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and related legal frameworks.
- Excellent customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail through data entry and filing tasks.
- Experience in leasing, property maintenance coordination, and upselling amenities.
- Strong team skills with the ability to motivate colleagues towards shared goals in a fast-paced setting.
