We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher to join our culinary team. Our restaurant operates seven days a week, and all team members must be flexible and ready to adapt their schedules based on business demands. As a Butcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of meat and seafood for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Selection: Select the finest quality meats and seafood for use in the restaurant, ensuring freshness and optimal flavor.

Meat and Seafood Preparation: Cut, trim, and portion meat and seafood according to the restaurant’s specifications, ensuring accuracy in portion sizes and presentation.

Storage and Handling: Ensure that all meats and seafood are stored and handled properly to maintain their freshness and quality in compliance with food safety standards.

Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, which includes sharpening and caring for all cutting tools and equipment.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure the butcher station remains well-stocked and efficient.

Minimum Qualifications:
