Hollywood Painting and Design
We are a growing painting company looking for a skilled, reliable painter who can handle all aspects of residential and commercial painting and is capable of running a small crew. This is a 1099 contractor position to start. Once trust and consistency are established, there is strong potential to grow with the company into a more permanent leadership role.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong people skills, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right and on time.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting
- Prep surfaces, patch, sand, prime, and finish like a pro
- Lead and manage a small painting crew on job sites
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, and the team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Be flexible and ready to work when projects require it
- Handle other related tasks as needed to keep jobs moving
Requirements
- Proven all-around painting experience (interior, exterior, residential, and/or commercial)
- Ability to run and lead a crew
- Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever is needed to complete the job
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Must be able to work flexible hours and be available when needed
- Professional attitude and pride in quality workmanship
- Desire to grow with a company long-term
Compensation
Pay range is $28 – $32 per hour, depending on your experience level and the quality of your work. This is a 1099 contractor position.
