At Undercover Systems of Colorado, we build high-end underdeck ceiling systems that transform unused outdoor space into beautiful finished living areas. We work on custom homes and premium outdoor living projects throughout Colorado.
We take pride in clean craftsmanship, strong attention to detail, and creating a product that truly stands apart from competitors. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and grow with a rapidly expanding company.
Experience is not required, but construction-related experience is preferred.
Duties
- Assist with installation of custom underdeck ceiling systems
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Use drills, saws, ladders, and other construction tools
- Help maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Assist lead installers with measurements, cutting, and assembly
- Follow safety procedures and installation standards
- Represent the company professionally around customers and builders
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Basic construction aptitude and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Ability to work outdoors year-round
- Punctual and dependable
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous construction, carpentry, roofing, gutter, framing, or metal-working experience
- Experience using power tools and reading measurements
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
