Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Handyman/Courier to join our team! This position supports multiple departments throughout our operation as well as a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. The successful candidate will split time between handyman/warehouse/courier responsibilities, running local company errands, and performing general handyman and maintenance projects around our facility. A company vehicle (Ford F-150) is provided for business-related travel around town.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver mechanical parts, tools, office supplies, and other materials from local vendors and retail stores using a company vehicle.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, stocking, and maintaining warehouse inventory.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Perform general handyman duties, including but not limited to repairs, painting, maintenance, assembly, and facility improvement projects.
- Assist ownership and management with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to safely operate a full-size pickup truck (Ford F-150).
- Previous Handyman experience required.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Payrate is $23+ BOE
Shift 1st shift typically 6:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday but may have to work a saturday.
