Small Group Fitness Coach (Part-Time) — Alloy Personal Training Broadway Park
Ready to bring the energy, change lives, and help grow Denver’s newest Alloy Personal Training studio?
Alloy Personal Training Broadway Park is looking for an upbeat, motivated Part-Time Small Group Fitness Coach who loves coaching, connecting, and creating an unforgettable fitness experience.
At Alloy, we train smarter — not just harder. Our science-backed strength programs, personalized small-group coaching, and welcoming community make every session meaningful. This role is built for someone who knows how to lead a group, command the room, coach with confidence, and still make every client feel seen.
Prior group fitness or small-group training experience is required. This is not a one-on-one training role. We are a group-focused personal training studio, and we need a coach who thrives in that environment.
Who We Are
At Alloy, Stronger Together isn’t just a motto — it’s how we operate.
We’re a results-driven personal training studio built on functional strength, mobility, accountability, and long-term wellness. Our coaches deliver expert guidance, tailored workouts, and genuine support in a community that feels like home.
Our clients are typically busy adults who want to get stronger, move better, build confidence, and stay consistent without feeling intimidated by the gym. We meet them where they are, coach them with care, and help them make real, lasting change.
Hours
We’re looking for one part-time coach who can work a mix of:
- Mornings
- Evenings
- Saturdays
Expect approximately 8–15 sessions per week, with room to grow as the studio grows.
What We’re Looking For
We want a coach who can walk onto the floor and own the room — with warmth, confidence, and control.
Our sessions are small-group personal training, which means clients need more than a workout leader. They need a coach who can personalize the experience, correct movement, modify when needed, celebrate wins, and make every person feel supported.
If you love helping people get stronger, enjoy building community, and thrive in a high-energy coaching environment, we’d love to meet you.

- Care about helping people feel strong, capable, and confident

- Align with Alloy’s mission, standards, and core values
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive studio culture

- Review client notes and load all session details into the Alloy app before each shift
- Track workouts and client progress in the Alloy app
- Share the “message of the week” during sessions
- Stay present on the training floor — coach, connect, tidy, and elevate the community vibe
