We are seeking an experienced Landscape Installation / Construction Foreman to lead landscape installation projects throughout Southwest Florida. We specialize in high-end residential estates, commercial properties, HOAs, resorts, and large landscape enhancement projects.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong installation experience who can manage crews, maintain quality, and complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects.
- Read and interpret landscape plans and installation drawings.
- Install trees, palms, shrubs, sod, mulch, rock, plants, landscape lighting, drainage systems, and irrigation components.
- Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, equipment, and crew assignments.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, and other landscape construction equipment.
- Drive company trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites.
- Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, account managers, vendors, and office staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Complete daily job reports and communicate project progress and any field issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional landscape installation or landscape construction experience.
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader required.
- Experience with large residential and commercial landscape installation projects.
- Ability to read landscape plans and layout projects accurately.
- Strong knowledge of Southwest Florida trees, palms, plants, grading, drainage, sod installation, and irrigation systems.
- Experience operating landscape construction equipment.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Valid Florida Driver License with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving trucks with trailers.
- Must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida's weather conditions.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
