The Service Technician is responsible for the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial burner and boiler systems at customer facilities throughout the Atlanta, Georgia area and surrounding states

Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
· Install, repair and service our client's products.
· Maintain daily communication with the Service Coordinator to exchange information and facilitate scheduling.
· Install burners, if needed, utilizing hand tools and machine tools.
· Start-up newly installed burners while checking electrical wiring and functionality of safety devices.
· Maintain burners during service visits.
· Keep up detailed documentation of service site visits for ease of billing and follow up.
· Responsible for company tools and measuring equipment as well as items such as a company car, phone and computer.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in the burner and/or boiler industry or servicing industrial equipment with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting responsibilities.
· Experience installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial combustion equipment.
· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, combustion controls, and industrial mechanical equipment.
· Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
· Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong verbal, written, and customer communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and computer-based service documentation.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with service coordinators and fellow technicians.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel of up to one week at a time
· Passport for training travel to Canada.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
