Duties
- Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring correct thread colors, design placement, and machine settings for each project
- Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished embroidery for defects or inconsistencies, making repairs or rework when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards at all times
- loading garments onto the machine and unloading completed items for quality checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding high standards of craftsmanship
Requirements
- Previous experience operating embroidery or sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques to understand fabric handling and design placement
- Familiarity with sewing machines and basic sewing skills to troubleshoot minor issues quickly
- Strong attention to detail to ensure embroidered products meet quality specifications
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort with physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues
