Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Canvassers. As a Canvasser for Sound Performance Roofing, your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods, educate them about our roofing services, and schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in residential areas to generate leads and appointments.
- Engage with homeowners to assess their roofing needs and introduce them to our company's services.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to build rapport and trust.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments scheduled.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of appointments.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with outdoor canvassing and walking for extended periods.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is a plus but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
