Home Detective is in it's 104th year as a Collateral Recovery Specialist. We are a statewide Repossession firm seeking a dedicated and reliable Rollback Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and equipment to various locations including storage lots and auctions while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of the operation of a rollback/flatbed. At times, it also may include towing campers with a normal hitch or a 5th wheel. Experience in this area is also vital. Up to 25 hours of OT available.
Duties
- Safely transport vehicles and equipment to designated locations, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload vehicles, utilizing appropriate techniques to prevent damage.
- Maintain assigned company vehicle with great care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from management during the transport process.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle conditions, and any incidents that occur during transit.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely pickups and deliveries while managing conflicts effectively.
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds plus work and drive in all types of weather.
- Have a clean DMVR, background, and be able to pass a pre-employment drugscreen.
Experience
- Proven experience in driving a rollback/flatbed with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience operating tow trucks is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts in a professional manner.
- Mechanical knowledge to assist with minor repairs or troubleshooting during transport activities.
- Have the knowledge to operate multiple computer systems designed for our industry.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 60.0 per week
