Position Details:
The role of the Assistant Manager within our customer service department is to support our team of natural health consultants, to ensure that we are offer the highest level of customer service at all times.
This position will require direct interaction with the customers – assisting them with orders, issues or consultations as needed. The person within this role will be trained to be fully capable at all aspects of the natural health consultant position.
The assistant manager will be expected to assist the natural health consultant team. Offering support and ensuring the team is staying up to date on current procedures as well as adjusting to any procedural changes made.
The assistant manager will help with higher level management tasks that help to ensure that all customers receive the best service.
This position requires a candidate with a proven management background that is familiar with motivating a highly successful team, assisting with all levels of customer concerns, providing constructive feedback and follow-up.
This position does require high amounts of screen time within a dedicated personal office space within your home.
A key candidate will also require technical proficiency, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, proven leadership skills and adaptability. A desire to help both our customers and staff achieve the best service levels possible.

*5+ year(s) Health Food Store experience
*3+ year(s) experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
*Ability to provide exceptional customer service
*Provide product information regarding Nutritional Supplements
*Answer telephones and chats quickly and proficiently
*Execute customer needs efficiently – placing orders, helping address concerns or providing consultations.
*Excel at managing tickets within our helpdesk ticketing system
*Work with sales and shipping departments to identify and implement improvements to current services
*Ensure that junior team members are organized and carrying out assigned tasks
*Develop and implement policies to optimize customer service
*Participate in ongoing learning, including supplier training's, webinars, and telephone training's

Start Date: Immediately
Natural Health Product Knowledge & experience is required.
Expected Availability: Must be available weekdays, evenings & weekends
Bilingual in English and French required
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Holistic Nutrition (Preferred)
Experience:
- Supplement: 5 years (required)
- Management/ supervisor: 3 years (required)
