What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth → help coach and motivate the team to hit membership goals and deliver a top-tier guest experience.
- Lead Clean, Smooth Operations → ensure the studio runs like clockwork with spotless private suites, clean amenities, and consistent health/safety protocols.
- Hands-On Studio Care → actively participate in cleaning, restocking, and flipping suites between appointments — leading by example to uphold our luxury standards.
- Manage the Floor → lead the shift, keep your team accountable, and stay responsive to what’s happening in real-time.
- Support Behind-the-Scenes → help with scheduling, payroll, supplies, inventory, and training.
- Engage Locally → help with events and outreach to build awareness and community buzz.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in sales, wellness, fitness, or hospitality leadership
- Strong communicator who leads by example and doesn’t shy away from pitching in — whether it’s coaching a team member or folding towels
- Comfortable managing a team of 5+, giving feedback, and running a tight shift
- Weekend availability + full-time commitment (45+ hrs/week)
- Bonus if you’ve worked in fitness, spa, or retail wellness environments
