Physical Therapist (PT) – Orthopedic Experience Required
Rochester & Southern Minnesota Border | Part-Time | Approximately 6 Hours/Week

On Site Solutions Physical Therapy (OSSPT) is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist with a strong orthopedic background to bring their expertise directly into the workplace. Instead of waiting for injuries to happen, you'll help employees move better, work safer, and stay healthier through early intervention, ergonomics, and injury prevention.

What You'll Do
- Provide onsite injury prevention and early intervention services
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and job analyses
- Lead stretching, mobility, and body mechanics programs
- Educate employees on safe movement and injury prevention
- Partner with employers to create healthier, safer workplaces
What We're Looking For
- Active Minnesota Physical Therapist License
- 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience required
- Orthopedic experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Independent, adaptable, and proactive professional
