We are currently seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment and operating various equipment.

Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders

Load and unload trucks with shipments

Stack, move, and place products in appropriately designated areas

Supply materials to Production from the warehouse as called for by each work order

Use forklifts to transfer and deliver goods
-
Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment
-
Doublecheck items to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders
-
Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items
-
Maintain warehouse and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements

Maintain safe and clean work environment
-
Report any issue with the product prior to allowing an order to leave the warehouse

Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations at all times
-
Wear protective clothing and equipment as required

Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently according to company protocol

Other tasks, as assigned

Previous experience in a warehouse and manufacturing setting

Proficiency in inventory management
-
Ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment safely
-
Familiarity with order picking processes
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
