The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced, motivated lash artist who's ready to grow their book, earn well, and be part of something they're proud of. If you're the kind of artist who obsesses over client experience, retention, and the perfect curl, this is your spot.
What You'll Earn
No guesswork. No cap anxiety. Our compensation is built to reward performance:
- $18/hr guaranteed base your permanent safety net
- "Greater Of" weekly payout you earn whichever is higher: your base OR your tiered commission
- Floating commission tiers up to 50% based on weekly service sales
- 10% retail commission on all aftercare products sold
- Membership bonuses instant cash for every client you enroll
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions
- Strong retention and rebooking habits
- A professional, client-first attitude
- Someone who owns their results (good and bad) and always seeks to improve
- Must be licensed in Colorado
