Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the team to deliver outstanding customer service and beverage quality.
- Prepare smoothies, bowls, and other food items with precision and consistency.
- Lead and maintain product quality and consistency during extremely fast-paced peak hours (rush).
- Oversee food safety practices, including proper food handling, cleaning protocols, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment.
- Work alongside other teams and leads to foster a welcoming environment throughout the kitchen.
- Train team members on beverage preparation techniques, customer service skills, and food industry best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to cleaning schedules and food safety regulations.
- Support time management initiatives to meet service goals during peak hours while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista or bartender, or in food service with a focus on beverage preparation; bartending experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and cleaning protocols in a retail or food industry setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Experience:
- Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
