The evening hours are some of the most meaningful in Assisted Living. From helping residents prepare for dinner and evening activities to ensuring they're comfortable before the night begins, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and caring environment.
Part-Time Evening Shift
2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Compensation
- $19.46–$21.74 per hour
- +$2.00/hour evening shift differential
- +$2.00/hour weekend differential

In This Role, You Will:
- Support residents with personal care and daily routines
- Assist with meals, evening activities, and bedtime preparation
- Encourage independence while providing assistance when needed
- Observe residents' well-being and communicate concerns to the nursing team
- Foster a safe, comfortable, and engaging home environment
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a current Indiana CNA certification
- Enjoys building relationships with older adults
- Brings a positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Values teamwork and compassionate service
