Clinical Liaison (LSW) – School-Based Services
Catalyst Life Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Liaison (LSW) to provide behavioral health support within local school districts. This school-year position works directly with students, families, school personnel, and community partners to connect youth with needed mental health services, coordinate care, and support student success. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and adolescents.
