Vida Hotel & Residences is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury boutique hotel and residential property in the heart of Miami. This key leadership position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team dedicated to personalized service.

What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of the hotel while maintaining the highest standards of luxury boutique hospitality.
- Provide leadership and support to Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Valet, Engineering, Security, and other operational departments.
- Ensure seamless execution of guest arrivals, VIP experiences, owner stays, and special events.
- Drive guest satisfaction by proactively resolving service issues and fostering a culture of anticipatory, personalized service.
- Partner closely with department leaders to maximize operational efficiency, service consistency, and team performance.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, labor management, payroll review, inventory control, and operational planning.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the property, coaching team members and engaging with guests.
- Promote compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and luxury service standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience.
- Previous luxury, boutique, upscale hotel, or resort experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and operational management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with hotel property management systems such as Opera PMS, Hosteeva, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Forbes luxury service standards is highly desirable.
