E-Commerce & Operations Manager
Dr. Antifungus is seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Operations Manager to help lead the growth of our innovative healthcare consumer products company.
Founded by two podiatrists with over 20 years of experience treating fungal infections, Dr. Antifungus develops unique products designed to prevent and treat fungal infections of the skin and nails. We are expanding rapidly through physician offices, online sales, Amazon, distributors, salons, and specialty retailers.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and become one of the first key employees in a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other online sales channels
- Coordinate with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketing agencies
- Monitor and improve e-commerce sales performance
- Manage product listings, promotions, and online content
- Coordinate inventory planning, manufacturing, and fulfillment
- Oversee customer service operations
- Manage distributor and wholesale account communications
- Track sales, marketing, and operational KPIs
- Prepare weekly performance reports for company leadership
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of e-commerce management experience
- Strong Shopify experience required
- Amazon Seller Central experience required
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Consumer products, beauty, wellness, or healthcare experience
- Amazon advertising experience
- TikTok Shop experience
- Startup or entrepreneurial company experience
