- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Current California Guard Card along with required BSIS Training Certificates , High school diploma or GED, consistently reliable transportation, reliable phone number (smart phone is required for scheduling/payroll purposes), and ability to work nights/weekends/holidays. For vehicle patrol positions , you must be at least 21 yrs or older, with a valid CA Drivers License and a good driving record. You must be able to pass a drug screen.
No experience necessary. Must have a smartphone for our scheduling and payroll App.
