Job Description:
We have an environment that celebrates fun. Our slogan is hello, fun… and we always try to delight the customers. Pedego is a nationally branded E-Bike company. We are locally owned/operated, and we are looking for a mechanic to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on E-Bikes, including but not limited to tire/tube replacements, derailleur adjustments, wheel truing, brakes, and assembly.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns.

Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Summit all warranty claims with Pedego HQ.

Help with retail sales, including recommending products and services to customers.

Utilize retail math skills to calculate costs and sales prices.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic or in a similar role preferred.

Strong knowledge of bicycle systems and components.

Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical issues.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Knowledge of E-Bikes is a plus.
